Installation of Monolithic Structures

Monolithic works are used in the construction of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure facilities where high strength, rigidity, and durability of structures are required. Installation of a monolithic structure includes foundations, columns, walls, slabs, as well as individual elements of the underground and above-ground parts of a building. We perform installation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures of any complexity — from industrial workshops and warehouse complexes to multi-storey commercial facilities.

We organize a full cycle of construction and installation works: from base preparation and reinforcement to concreting and concrete curing. We undertake execution of monolithic structural works on site and integrate the schedule into the general contractor’s overall plan. We cooperate both with direct clients and as a subcontractor — we accept orders from construction organizations and general contracting companies that need a reliable monolithic works contractor. We use our own resources, control quality at every stage, and comply with method statements, SNiP, and GOST standards.

As a result, the client receives completed monolithic structures with guaranteed strength, precise geometry, and compliance with the design documentation. The works are carried out within the agreed deadlines with the possibility of integration into the general construction schedule of an industrial or commercial facility.
