Monolithic floor slabs form the horizontal load-bearing structures of a building. They absorb loads from people, equipment, engineering systems, partitions, and transfer them to walls, columns, and other frame elements. The quality of floor slab construction affects the geometry of floors, building strength, and the overall pace of construction and installation works.
Works are performed according to the design documentation. We select the formwork system, arrange the installation of supports, beams, and decking, carry out reinforcement, install embedded parts and technological openings. After checking the geometry, protective layers, and connection nodes, concreting is performed with control over supply, compaction, and curing of concrete.
The client receives a finished reinforced concrete structure with clear as-built documentation and control at every stage. This approach helps maintain design levels, reduce rework, and keep the overall construction schedule on track.
