About the Technology
Technical walls are monolithic reinforced concrete structures that form premises and zones for engineering equipment: pump rooms, ventilation chambers, electrical rooms, heat points, technological pits, and other service areas of the building. Such walls must withstand design loads, ensure rigidity, and maintain precise geometry for further installation of engineering systems.
Works are carried out according to the project, considering embedded parts, sleeves, technological openings, and connections to slabs, floors, and adjacent structures. On-site, formwork is installed, reinforcement is performed, axes, levels, and protective layers are checked, followed by concreting with control over mix quality and concrete care.
