About the Technology
A grade beam is a reinforced concrete structure that connects piles, distributes loads from the building, and transfers them to the pile foundation. Such structures are used in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects where the foundation operates as a single system.
Works are carried out according to the project: pile heads are prepared, formwork is set up, reinforcement cage is installed, embedded parts and releases for further structures are mounted. After checking geometry and reinforcement, concreting is performed with control over compaction and concrete care.
Main Stages
- Pile Field Preparation - checking levels, cleaning, and preparing pile heads for grade beam installation.
- Formwork Installation - installing panels, fasteners, and elements forming the design section of the structure.
- Reinforcement - tying the reinforcement cage, connecting with pile releases, and installing embedded parts.
- Concreting - supplying concrete mix, vibration compaction, and control over filling the entire structure.
- Concrete Care and Handover - strength gain control, formwork removal, and as-built documentation preparation.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Can work start without a full project?
A project is required for responsible foundations. Before its final release, we can preliminarily estimate volumes, work sequence, and material needs.
-
Can grade beams be installed in winter?
Yes, subject to winter concreting technology. It is important to ensure temperature control, structure protection, and conditions for concrete strength gain.
-
How is work quality controlled?
We check pile levels, formwork geometry, reinforcement, protective layers, embedded parts, and concrete mix quality. Hidden works are recorded in as-built documentation.
-
How long does grade beam installation take?
The duration depends on volume, length, reinforcement complexity, and site conditions. The exact schedule is determined after project analysis and construction readiness of the base.
