About the Technology
Underground walls are monolithic reinforced concrete structures of the building's underground part. They are used in parking lots, technical floors, basements, pump rooms, pits, and other areas requiring strength, resistance to soil pressure, and moisture protection.
Works are carried out according to project documentation. Bases and reinforcement releases are prepared, formwork is installed, reinforcement cages are mounted, embedded parts, sleeves, and sealing elements are installed. After checking geometry and reinforcement, concreting is performed with control over mix quality and concrete care.
Main Stages
- Work Zone Preparation - checking base, reinforcement releases, design axes, and levels.
- Formwork Installation - installing panels, fasteners, and elements forming the design wall thickness.
- Reinforcement - tying reinforcement cages, installing fixators, embedded parts, sleeves, and releases.
- Joint and Junction Preparation - installing sealing elements, checking connections with the slab, floors, and adjacent walls.
- Concreting and Handover - supply and compaction of concrete mix, concrete care, formwork removal, and as-built documentation preparation.
Advantages
-

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Can work start without a full project?
A project is required for underground walls, as the structure is connected to loads, waterproofing, and adjacent building elements. Before the full package is released, we can preliminarily estimate volumes and prepare organizational solutions.
-
Can work be performed in winter?
Yes, subject to winter concreting technology. It is important to ensure temperature regime, structure protection, and concrete strength gain control.
-
How is work quality controlled?
We check axes, levels, formwork, reinforcement, protective layers, embedded parts, sleeves, and concrete mix quality. Hidden works are recorded in acts and logs.
-
How long does underground wall installation take?
The duration depends on volume, wall height, reinforcement complexity, number of sections, and site conditions. The exact schedule is determined after project analysis.
