About the Technology
Monolithic beams are reinforced concrete bearing elements of the frame that accept loads from floors, walls, equipment, and transfer them to columns, walls, or other support structures. They are used in residential, commercial, industrial buildings, parking lots, and technical zones.
Works are carried out according to the project, considering beam section, span, reinforcement scheme, and connection nodes with columns, slabs, and walls. On-site, formwork is installed, reinforcement cages are mounted, embedded parts and releases are installed, followed by concreting with control over geometry, protective layers, and mix compaction quality.
Main Stages
- Work Area Preparation - checking design levels, axes, support areas, and readiness of adjacent structures.
- Formwork Installation - installing panels, posts, beams, and fasteners to form the design section.
- Reinforcement - tying the reinforcement cage, installing fixators, releases, and embedded parts.
- Geometry Check - controlling height levels, protective layers, support, and connections with slabs and columns.
- Concreting and Handover - supply, vibration compaction of concrete mix, concrete care, and as-built documentation preparation.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Can work start without a full project?
A project is required for bearing beams, as the structure works in bending and is connected to the general building calculation scheme. We can preliminarily estimate volumes and work organization.
-
Can work be performed in winter?
Yes, subject to winter concreting technology. It is important to ensure temperature regime, structure protection, and concrete strength gain control.
-
How is work quality controlled?
We check axes, levels, formwork, reinforcement, protective layers, embedded parts, and concrete mix quality. Hidden works are recorded in acts and logs.
-
How long does beam installation take?
The duration depends on the number of elements, reinforcement complexity, work height, formwork system, and concreting schedule. The exact term is determined after project analysis.
