Construction of Load-Bearing Reinforced Concrete Frame
The load-bearing reinforced concrete frame forms the main structural scheme of the building. It absorbs vertical and horizontal loads, connecting the foundation, floors, shear walls, and other elements into a single system. The quality of structure installation determines the building's geometry, frame stability, and the ability to safely perform subsequent construction stages.
Works are carried out according to design documentation. At the site, reinforcement cages are assembled, formwork systems are installed, embedded parts, outlets, and technological elements are placed. Before concreting, geometry, protective layers, reinforcement position, and joint readiness are checked. After laying the concrete mixture, compaction, concrete curing, and strength gain periods are controlled.
For the customer, what matters is not just the individual volume of monolithic works, but a managed process. We can perform frame structure installation as an independent stage or as part of comprehensive construction and installation works. This approach allows coordinating work production with the schedule, supplies, design solutions, and related contractors.

The cost of erecting a monolithic building frame does not have a single tariff and is calculated individually for each project. The final price is influenced by the number of stories and area of the building, column spacing and section, thickness and configuration of floors, concrete class, diameter and density of reinforcement, complexity of formwork works, need for concrete pumps, as well as the construction region and seasonality of works. To obtain an accurate calculation, design documentation (RC section) and a calendar plan are required — after their analysis, the contractor will form an individual commercial proposal taking into account all technical conditions of the facility.
