About the project
A five‑star hotel will be opened in the building of Vostsibugol at 4 Sukhe‑Bator Street in Irkutsk. Permission for reconstruction was issued to Grand Hotel Rodina in the second quarter of 2023. The historic three‑storey building was constructed in 1946 in the Stalin Empire style.
Work period: July 2023 – September 2024
Larssen Piling performed comprehensive zero‑cycle works during the reconstruction of the administrative building in the centre of Irkutsk to create a modern hotel. The project included a full range of preparatory and foundation works.
