About the project

A residential complex of three buildings with architecture in the style of 19th-century Irkutsk traditions. Includes underground parking with direct access to the floors and a private courtyard space. The upper floors are occupied by penthouses with terraces. The project is complemented by a separate premium hotel building opposite the residential complex. The concept takes into account the development of Irkutsk as a centre of business activity.

Work period: December 2022 – May 2023

Our company performed zero‑cycle works during the construction of a new residential complex and hotel in the centre of Irkutsk. At the first stage, the project included a full range of preparatory and foundation works. At the second stage, a full range of turnkey monolithic works is being performed.
