Construction of the Laguna Yacht Club in Priozersk

About the project
The Laguna Yacht Club is located on Cape Mayachny in Priozersk. The club's water area is protected from wind and waves and can accommodate yachts and boats up to 45 m in length. There is a slipway for launching and hauling boats, and new transport infrastructure allows the delivery of vessels by road. The administration building has storage rooms, changing rooms with showers, a laundry room, and a relaxation area.
Work period: December 2022 – May 2023
Larssen Piling carried out the comprehensive construction of the Laguna Yacht Club in Priozersk, Leningrad Region. The project included all stages: from the development of design documentation and preparatory works, including site clearing and dredging, to the completion of construction and the turnkey delivery of the facility to the client.
